Shipping & returns

At OFP Wheels, we are able to ship many products, to include bicycles and accessories. Many of our brands are boutique and are not currently maintained in stock. This being said, we require either, you allow us to check inventory with our suppliers first. Additionally, not all brands are available for shipping due to manufacturer restrictions.

Once your bike has been received, the following will happen:

1. Your bike will be assembled and prepped for shipping.

2. We will pack your bike in a Professional Grade Travel Case. We prefer the Thule Round Trip Traveler, Traveler Pro, or similar, depending upon.

3. All Bikes shipped within the United States will be shipped via FedEx.

4. You follow the included instructions for assembly and go pedal.
